Through weekly sessions CoachKelly has proven to me that I can handle and work towards the four building blocks of health that she stresses: nutrition, stress management, sleep and most importantly for me, movement. Throughout our “walking and talking” sessions and workouts, CoachKelly helps me be mindful of things to lower my blood pressure and reduce stress. She continues to keep me thinking about how to stay true to my goals no matter what barriers I may encounter.
